Caring for residents: delivering medication, toileting them, feeding them, activities, speaking with other agencies and GP’s, attending meetings and reviewing care plans
Yes I developed my knowledge overall on the best way to care for these individuals as well as progressing my career further
I did enjoy my programme, good trainer and furthered my knowledge and qualifications
Very well organised and structured, even when my tutor changed over.
A lot of support to complete it and progress
I received a lot of support, they wanted me to achieve the best result.
Makes me be better at my job and broadens my horizons
Not really.
No
Awful management, but the team itself I worked with were amazing.
Do the best for the residents and ensure you get on with your team as they’ll be the ones there for you
