I have learnt how to manage my workload better and also new skills in order to do my job in a more efficient way
I am enjoying the programme as learning more in depth about the company and where i may be able to progress
It is well structured with new tasks to complete each month. Workload is manageable with monthly meeting with tutor
Good support from my manager with monthly calls and also on hand to assist where I may need it.
