As part of my role in Capgemini I help organise events internally for areas in the company who want help organising a workspace and material for others
I have learnt many new skills while I have been here including personal skills such as working with different people to new technical skills.
The program has gone beyond meeting my expectations as there are plenty of opportunities offered to you.
In the role I am currently in i feel like a valued member of the team and that my input is importnant.
The apprenticeship was not structed all that well as there were some floors in who we should go to if we need help and what happens next
Not much after the first year
In the area I am in support was offered to me at all times.
Very well.
As I am part of the events team we interact with many different people from inside and outside of the company.
Yes
Lots of opportunity and pay is good.
