    • As part of my role in Capgemini I help organise events internally for areas in the company who want help organising a workspace and material for others

    • I have learnt many new skills while I have been here including personal skills such as working with different people to new technical skills.

    • The program has gone beyond meeting my expectations as there are plenty of opportunities offered to you.

    • In the role I am currently in i feel like a valued member of the team and that my input is importnant.

    • The apprenticeship was not structed all that well as there were some floors in who we should go to if we need help and what happens next

    • Not much after the first year
