Supporting the staff team to support the resident's in our care in a positive person centered way. Completing audits assessments and liasing with professionals. Completing care plans znd risk assessments
Im constantly learning new skills
I'm enjoying the chance to develope my skills ,gain knowledge and learn my tutor is open honest and a great role model she has extensive knowledge of the care sector I work in and is guilding me to progress to where I want to be
Very structured we have agreed targets znd timescales and my tutor is there for any support I need
My employer supports me to take time to complete my level within my working hour's
Emma has z great knowledge base and I feel the support she will offer will support me to complete my level 5 in the time scales set I can message for support when needed
I feel this qualification will be invaluable to my role
