I support people with learning difficultes and complex needs, to do their day to day routines. I am also a Senior so i have paper work to do on the people i support.
Iv learnt a lot of skills while working here, and done a lot of training. Aswell as my nvq2 and now doing nvq3
My tutor is very helpful and explains everything so i can understand it.
Very well organised
They support me, when i ask for support
A lot of support is offered and i get a lot of feed back, also i can message if i have a problem.
It will give me more knowledge on how to perform in my role.
