As a software engineer, I get the chance to work with clients on a day-to-day basis all over the country. I help to build bespoke software for clients such as Rolls-Royce, DFE, DFA tc.
Yes, I have learnt many skills including programming languages such as JAVA, .NET, C#, HTML5, SQL, Sharepoint.
I enjoy the programme massively, we are sponsored by Capgemini to complete a degree which is rare to find in this day and age. Also, the job we do is great.
Yes. Extremely valued.
Well organised, we know exactly what to needs to be done and when it needs to be done by.
Massive support, not only from training providers but senior developers throughout the company who have an excessive amount of experience.
More than enough support.
The salary package exceeds my costs and is reviewed by the company on a firm basis.
Capgemini is always involved in fund raising activities such as bike rides etc. Also we sometimes arrange training over the weekend.
Yes
Since joining Capgemini in 2012, I've never looked back. I've been to university in the past and getting into debt for a degree with no experience is not worth it. With Capgemini you get the opportunity to work for a massively well recognised firm and not only study a degree, but to receive the relevant experience needed.
Be yourself in the interview.
