Main roles answer the phone booking patients in fire safety arranging appointments & doing covid tests in clinic & on the road around the country …ensuring clinic was clinically clean & all covid regulations adhered to. Answering emails and queries & researching the information if unknown due to them changing all time
I have learnt how to deal with a range of customer enquiries & find the information required if unknown, I’ve learnt how to deal a range of people from customers to professionals in a professional and calm manner no matter what the situation. My IT skills also improved alot
I enjoyed the program a lot, I was lucky enough at the beginning to have a supportive company behind me, but when things started to unravel and I discussed it with management things for me unravelled even more to the point I no longer felt part of the team and uncomfortable when I went each day
My program I felt was well structured and organised and I enjoyed the learning aspect of it as I definitely did learn new things throughout but for me it was finding the time to complete the work k had to make a timetable and stick to it as being single mum I was juggling everything
At the beginning I got a lot of support but as the company grew due to covid and the testing requirements and more staff being employed I felt my needs/requirements weren’t met
I can’t fault paragon skills, they were amazing. They supported me so much when I was going through a difficult time with the company I was with even took time out to ring make sure I was ok. I’d definitely recommend them to everyone
Unfortunately I never completed my apprenticeship due to how I felt with in the company, but the skills I’ve learnt I have transferred into my new working role which is amazing as I didn’t want to lose those skills or the achievements I had made
Unfortunately there was nothing like that available, but I think doing something like that could bring the team together
No
I was made to feel uncomfortable and didn’t feel part of the team, I felt when I enquiries from customers that needed to be dealt with ie refunds I wasn’t listened to. The bigger the company got the more uncomfortable I was made to feel and a lot of my roles taken from me so I was sat twiddling my thumbs so I handed notice in and left.
Don’t do it
