  • Enjoyed the programme, I did not enjoy Cognassist

  • Everything was reasonably well organised, there were a few misunderstandings at the beginning which could have been rectified if all learners had a FAQ or crib sheet with information.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My role directly feeds into my apprenticeship so I did not need much help from my employer, although when I required help, it was provided.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We have an understanding that I don't need much help, although when needed the tutor is very helpful.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has been picked up by my employer that they can see I am implementing my new skills into my role, specifically around project management.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • None that I am aware of as my team is home based so it makes it more difficult to attend such events unless they are online.

  • Yes

  • Internal promotions, receptive of different opinions, qualified staff, good quality products and services, family run business, good progression opportunities, good skill development opportunities.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Reed in Partnership?
  • Be friendly, have a lot of ideas as we are expanding, be genuine, be a team player. This all comes across when interviewing.
