  • The programme is well organised and structured. There is a plan of how you are going to develop your knowledge and skills as a group within your team, but you are also given the opportunity to do that individually.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The support from the employer is excellent. The apprentices are supported really well throughout each stage in the apprenticeship. If there any questions or difficulties that I am having, there is always someone that is available to support me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support given is not all the time was enough but it is manageable. There is often a lot of times where the trainer not given the information that is required in order for you to progress.

  • Most of the time we are unaware which work we are doing will be needed later on for submission, which then involves coming back to it at a later time to make sure it is up to the standards of the submission.
