I really enjoy my program and I am 4 months into it. At first I was stressed while I was going through my first few weeks, but I now have a rhythm that is sustainable.
I think IBM are incredibly supportive, however I think I need more from Firebrand as they are who I need to engage with closely to have a better outcome.
All that I need
In sufficient, I feel like communication is lacking in some senses as I miss key documents or information on what I need to be doing at any point in time.
100% - The content is thorough and I can see changes in my own work on a weekly basis.

IBM supports their employees to the best that they can. The company is a great community, and I can really sense that.
Be yourself, that is what IBM want to see from you at its core. Skills can be developed and trained by someone else, but attitude is left to you to show.
