Trainee store manager at an iceland store involves being in charge of a team, dedicating tasks to staff members to do throughout the day. Keeping an eye on KPI's daily including wages and stockloss
I've learnt that not everyone learns new things the same way. Each person has a different way that is easier to learn.
I enjoy as I'm learning new things and becoming a better store manager especially regarding communication
Very well organised I recieve monthly emails and have monthly visits from my apprenticeship teacher
