  • Dealing with customer's post rental queries, communicating with external and internal stakeholders. To log the new case, customer summited online, acknowledge, send email or call car hire company. Email Product and Commercial Department, send emails to my manager to review case or cancel reservation, submit case to Urgent Escalation team if no solution found. Close the case by calling or emailing customer

  • I am developing existing skills by attending internal workshops and by completing e-learning courses. I completed time management course, which helped me to organize my time more efficiently and prioritized tasks. Completed courses about communication skills, like dealing with rude customers. This course helped me to improve my communications and negotiation skills.

  • I enjoy to improve my knowledge and gain new skills necessary in my job role. I like our sessions, both 121 and team meetings and that we can cover our companies value to understand it better and imply to our day to day activities.
