To provide care and support to vulnerable older adults in their own homes and to actively encourage their independence as much as possible.
I’ve learnt be a lot more patient than I used to be and a lot more understanding of meeting peoples overall needs. I’ve also learnt a lot about medication handling and moving and positioning individuals correctly without causing any harm or discomfort to them. To be actively advocate and safeguard them.
I really enjoy and love the programme.

This company treats their staff very well. The support they give is amazing, all the colleagues are great to work with and you get the benefit to work around your personal life.
I’d say go for it and to not be scared to apply if you haven’t got any care experience as they train you to exceptional standards.
