I work for Mercer as a Pensions Administrator on the National Processing Team. I have perform a range of tasks, from data changes, leaver processing and transfer quotes, and have for the last year and a half processed the loading of bulk data on to our internal systems on behalf of the team and this has largely been my focus. I am due to move on to more complicated illustrations and transfer settlements. I have also had the opportunity to train new colleagues on the team on some of the tasks I perform, and have recently taken part in a project with colleagues from other teams (technical specialists and a colleague from business improvement) regarding changes to the bulk loading process.
I have gained a series of valuable skills and knowledge.
I have greatly enjoyed the programme and am grateful to have had the opportunity.
