So my role is a level 3 early years educator and within this role I have to ensure children are safe and have a suitable and stable learning environment.
Yes I've become a lot more confident and being more up front when something is wrong. And I've developed new skills with the children like how to communicate with them and what things they need to thrive at nursery.
I loved my programme it really helped me understand how to work with children and what they need to thrive whilst being at nursery and to also understand how children learn and engage in new experiences.
Very structured and organised.
I receive a ot of support and always free to help or chat at any point.
I received lots of support from my provider and is always there when I need her with either a text or a phone call.
It helped me understand how to improve my skills to work with children.
