My role of retail assistant and the food warehouse involves, putting stock out that we get on our deliverys a long with keeping up with stock rotation, I engage with costumers and as I am a team leader my job also includes cashing up at the end of the working day
I have learnt how to give customers the best customer experience, I have developed my communication skills
So far I am enjoying my programme, I feel like I can really progress and learn new things on this course as my programme manager is very informative and helpful
The programme is very well organised, dates and times have been organised well with no issues and the structure is very good with a lot of different types of modules to go through
I receive good support from my employer, I got their full support and advice from them to go on this course as they really had the belief in me
So far I have revived a lot of support from my training provider, always been in touch with nothing being too much trouble
I feel like I have more of an inspiration to learn new things in my role to help develop me more. I have also felt a lot more confident
We have had some social activities in the past but I look forward to more activities in the future
Yes
It’s a great company to work for, there’s a lot of engagement through the company and they really make you feel valued
Expect a lot of hard work but go for it as it really pays off in the end
