The initial training fitted in well with getting me ready to go onto a project. I have had support during training and during the workplace when I required it. The programme is well organised and structured so far to date.
I have regular meetings with my mentor from QA (training provider) which are useful and set me clear guidelines with what needs to be done by the next checkpoint.
I feel I receive good support from many people in my company. Everyone is willing to give me the support I sometimes need and it is easy to find people who are able to give the support I need.
My salary is satisfactory for the job I currently do. It covers living costs in my area but I do not have much money left for social life.
I take part in some sporting events outside of work along with other people within my organisation.
