I really enjoy my programme it is a great opportunity to be working and studying for my CIPD. I like that I get to work in the art industry and I also get to learn from other HR Professionals.
It is very well organised and structured, I have set days for when I need to study / complete my CIPD work.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and from members of my team. They are all kind and very supportive.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider, they have assisted me when I have asked questions on certain modules and they have been very supportive.
Each module I have undertaken has really helped me in my role and has given me a better understanding on each topic. It has given me more confidence and more knowledge.
