    • Nursery Assistant Nappy changing, feeding, helping children to learn and develop through the 7 development areas, putting them to sleep, cleaning.

    • I enjoy it a lot, we follow a certain routine & it’s very enjoyable learning lots of skills on the way.

    • Very structured.

    • My employer never fails to make me feel supported when I need help.

    • My training provider is Realise but my training assessor is [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] & she is AMAZING at her job. Before the zoom meeting I’m always stressed but after I’ve spoke to [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] I feel relieved & I know what set tasks I have to do.

    • Not quite learnt anything with my training provider that relates to my job role that I didn’t already know either myself or through my employer.

    • I’ve not asked or been interested in that.

    • Yes, it’s all a learning curve but when you’ve got a good support system around you, you enjoy making mistakes as its part of learning & succeeding.
