It was useful to go over all the legislation and local regulations. The tutor was always informative and accessible.
I would like they offer at the begging more options to study. Sometimes the employer limits the options and you should be able to choose as well.
The website sometimes had broken links and wasn’t clear the structure, some activities or modules were repeated.
Not much really, I had to work mainly out of my work hours and if you are working full time it is very difficult to meet the planned timeframes.
My tutor was always accesible, flexible and polite.
It think it is useful because made me realise about errors and wrong practices in my workplace and areas of improvement.

Try to do your best for the service users and to be polite with the colleagues, not get involved in problems. Communication in case of misunderstandings.
