  • It was useful to go over all the legislation and local regulations. The tutor was always informative and accessible.

  • I would like they offer at the begging more options to study. Sometimes the employer limits the options and you should be able to choose as well.

  • The website sometimes had broken links and wasn’t clear the structure, some activities or modules were repeated.

  • Not much really, I had to work mainly out of my work hours and if you are working full time it is very difficult to meet the planned timeframes.

  • My tutor was always accesible, flexible and polite.

  • It think it is useful because made me realise about errors and wrong practices in my workplace and areas of improvement.

  • Try to do your best for the service users and to be polite with the colleagues, not get involved in problems. Communication in case of misunderstandings.
