My role is to lead the team responsible for Talent Management, graduate programmes and apprenticeships as Lidl GB. This means building leadership programmes to develop colleagues through the business, create and evolve our Sales/Logistics graduate offering and to work with providers to offer apprenticeships at all levels of the business.
Developed my coaching, listening, leadership skills as well as technical knowledge within the coaching arena
I enjoy learning about coaching and the many different aspects to it, particularly within a business or from outside a business. I enjoy the triads, working with peers to practice what we have learned. My coach is also friendly, knowledgable and supportive. I do struggle with the amount of content, balanced with my day to day role which has meant getting behind on occasion.
Well structured, into clear modules
My employer understands the commitment of the programme and gives me space and time to manage my workload. During certain times of year my role means I am unable to be fully available, however I am able to catch up afterwards. My line manager leaves me to complete the course and implement what I have covered.
Lifetime have been organised and my coach is understanding and helpful. Lifetime sometimes send invites quite late notice and the seminars can be quite long which takes up long periods of my working day. However overall the tools provided are excellent and I am free to move any datea that I cannot make.
Very well - it has made me more confident and credible

Intense, fast-paced and exciting to be part of something so large. It is a worldwide brand, with an exceptional Head Office in GB. People are dynamic, friendly and target driven. It pays well and offers a good pool of benefits, whilst allowing relative autonomy and flexibility in your role. It continues to expand so there are many opportunities for sideways growth.
Don't be afraid to show off and sell yourself, its very competitive
