  • Recruitment Manager managing a team of 3 whilst managing senior hires on an operational level and strategy for the region.

  • Yes - employment law particular interesting and change management.

  • Enjoy the assignment writing and avado platform for learning. Less enjoyable is the tracker.

  • Love the assignment content organisation split by weeks. EPA has been less structured and initially there wasn't clarity from the work coach how involved my LM needed to be.

  • Not alot of support as expectation is to complete out of working hours

  • Good amount of support from 2nd work coach - 1st work coach didn't support enough

  • Interesting topics, some more useful than others. Would like to apply more topics learnt in future but only some useful now.
