Recruitment Manager managing a team of 3 whilst managing senior hires on an operational level and strategy for the region.
Yes - employment law particular interesting and change management.
Enjoy the assignment writing and avado platform for learning. Less enjoyable is the tracker.
Love the assignment content organisation split by weeks. EPA has been less structured and initially there wasn't clarity from the work coach how involved my LM needed to be.
Not alot of support as expectation is to complete out of working hours
Good amount of support from 2nd work coach - 1st work coach didn't support enough
Interesting topics, some more useful than others. Would like to apply more topics learnt in future but only some useful now.
