I am responsible for an area of five stores. I support, guide and performance manager the store managers. I developed my team and ensure they follow company guide lines
I have learnt facts behind the process we implement as a business including employment law and the way in which we should conduct ourselves
I enjoyed the knowledge and the assessment sections
The programme was easy to follow with little outside help needed. I found the what’s app group more helpful than my tutor sessions
I did not need any support from my employer
My trainer was poor. My tutor as more helpful, even though she changed half way though
I have a better understand of the HR practice and understand the process i am carrying out, this has helped me to also develop my team
