I'm really enjoying my role here at the AA, I enjoy speaking to different people everyday and dealing with challenging situations.
I've learnt a lot of new skills with working here, for example how to speak to a customer in the correct manner and how to deal with difficult situations.
Everyday call is different here and that why I enjoy it, It keeps you on your toes!
We all work together as a team and when one is down we all pick them back up
With any question I ask I always get a good answer, no matter how stupid I think the question is.
When whenever I was struggling my manager was always there with a helping hand.
Yes
I would recommended them to a friend because they are a really nice company with lovely staff.
Make sure you try your hardest and don't give up, you will get it eventually
