The AA is a very supporting company to work for, they give you full training as well as assist you once the training is over. The office is a great environment to work in, however you also have the option to work from home. The AA provide wellbeing support teams which can help massively if you need it.
yes, the AA taught me many different ways to work on their systems and speak to customer over the phone.
The Programme i am on, is enjoyable, there isn't too much work, you are given 4 weeks+ to complete assigned tasks
The programme is very well structured with 1 full day a week to complete your coursework, you also have full support from team leaders and mangers when you're on the phone and there is always someone available to help.
My employer gives me help wherever is necessary, whether that is with my coursework, with my calls or even if there is a problem i need to discuss.
My Training provider is always open to message if i am stuck on a piece of coursework, and is always happy to help.
the course allows me to feed back on calls meaning i can reflect on how a call went giving me an opportunity to improve.
At work they do things such as patrol visits enabling us to see what a patrol does in their day, giving us a better idea so then we have better knowledge of what we speak about with the customers
