My role involves being a duty manager, organising and delivering a plan to execute on a day to day basis which involves stock handling. At the end of the shift performing cash administration whilst meeting store requirements at all times
I have learnt how to work effectively as part of a team to complete tasks, specifically my communication skills have vastly improved where I feel comfortable to speak anyone regarding any subject, whereas in the past, I would have to struggled to do this
Programme is very good, as I have had multiple instructors, I would say they have been very helpful and provided me with the best support possible to complete tasks.
Is very well organised, instructor is very helpful and knowledgeable which is very important when we have discussions each module.
Whenever I have required support, Iceland and in particular the store manager and supervisor have been very cooperative to ensure everything runs smoothly
The support has been good, and which is why I am almost at the end phase of the module.
I have gathered different information from each module which I am able to successfully use at work, for example when module explains the importance of building rapport with the customer, and I always aim to do so in order to deliver the best possible service.

My workplace is a close knit unit, with no egos just people who want to get the job done which is why I would recommend a friend to join the company and the salary is fairly good as well.
When you work for a company like iceland, you must believe In the company ethos and always be aware of how your actions can potentially impact company reputation in both a positive and negative manner
