  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My daily tasks involve me getting stuck into Bids in the Bid excellence team. My daily internal interactions consist of me sitting in meetings to get a greater understanding of how the Bid managers would like the Bids to be branded. I take Bids from early design to a finish.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I had an amazing apprentice induction at the start of my apprenticeship with us going for meals to meet the team and also site visits to get a feel and understanding for DHL. My study day is set on a Friday due to the college doing this but my manager always makes sure I have this day just for my study needs.

  • The creative digital design degree apprenticeship has taught me a wide range of design skills that I can apply in my role and also add innovation value to the team by being able to have new skills that other members of the team don't have so they couldn't offer that design function.
