Advanced apprentice - software engineer. Helping with DDC and mainframe & packages teams. Daily checks.
Presentation skills, developed confidence, learnt new technical skills within DDC and MF&P
I quite enjoy the programme, the coursework isnt bad either.
I feel fairly valued, but not treated the same as other employees.
i think it is relatively structured apart from the transition between advanced and higher, havent heard enough about this.
fair amount of support from trainer, got alot in the 3 months in telford though.
