Providing the network to homes and businesses
Yes i have learned many new skills including how to use a splicing machine to splice fibre together
Not only is it great to learn new skills its also a brilliant company to have a career with
It is a well organised company but with the huge demand there is a struggle with organising but i'm sure that will be resolved
Huge amount of support theyre always looking for better ways to support us employees
A lot of support they get you hands on with what needs to be done and also step back and talk you through everything
It definitely help as the training provided underlines the everyday work required for the role
