    • The apprenticeship course did not provide any dedicated training for the first half of my apprenticeship which was not a good experience and a huge setback for my development.     • All 5 key areas of BCS level 4 & completing tasks for my portfolio

    • I made the most from this opportunity. I did enjoy it overall

    • This area needs improvement in terms of the company's view on delivery especially as there are no courses like other providers which is a big disadvantage

    • The training is very wide ranging. It will help in future but only some parts actually applied to my role right now

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?

    • Work hard, pay attention, work/study as much as possible including when you are at home - evening & weekends!
