My role is very project focused and therefore I undertake many different tasks on a day to day basis. This includes creating and improving SharePoint sites; using my creative skills to improve decks as well as research based activities.
Learnt and now developed knowledge on SharePoint websites as well as knowledge on excel.
I absolutely love the programme I'm currently on. I am constantly learning everyday and am challenged often in order to grow.
The programme has been running for a number of years before I started. Therefore, they have a great apprenticeship scheme and is very organised.
I receive immense amount of support from my employer and team members. My line managers are very supportive and help me grow.
Constant support is given by my training provider, Multiverse, in regards to my qualification. My coach supported me and was always available for help and advice.
Due to the support I have, it gives me confidence to take on more difficult challenges to push myself as I know my coach will be there to support me if anything went wrong.
The apprenticeship scheme provides opportunity to get to know other apprentices within your cohort which allows for social meet-ups to take place.
