I work in HR. My day to day roles include absence, reporting and recruitment
I have learnt a range of excel skills whilst in my job role due to the amount of reporting i do.
I enjoy my program a lot as it gives me experience and skills that i can use throughout my career
My program is very organised. It helps that there is a website that tracks my activity and completed work
I receive a lot of support from my team as well as Unilever as a whole. I am given time to complete my apprenticeship work.
I receive support from my multiverse coach. I know I can email him if I am having issues with a task.
It helps me learn new things that can make my day to day role easier.
