I am a senior trainer and provide training interventions to our front line teams. This includes engaging with stakeholders, designing content, delivering training and measuring the impact. I do get involved in small change projects and making sure that all users have the skills they need.
I have learnt to consider the strategic approaches and how I can make decisions around our recommendations for learning to be the best thing for the end users.
I work well with the team of people I have in the class and my line manager and team are incredibly supportive throughout. I would recommend to anyone interseted in there development to consider an apprenticeship.
Everything has been very weel structured with classes and 1:1's. I understand what's expected and deadlines. I would say the element of what I can be doing in the workplace to complete my portfolio is less structured.
I am 100% supported by every level of TW and encouraged throughout.
I have eekly sessions with my tutor and have an advisor I can contact if I have issues. We also catch-up once every 6 weeks, we've also been given ad-hoc sessions to use onefile
This is about career devlopment for me but I believe I can share insight with my team and engage better with my stakeholders understanding the strategic plans.
We do have a time to give, however I don't get the opportunity to take part as a team due to workloads and clashes.
Yes
They care about their people and customers.
Keep the customer in mind and do some research on what we're about. We've been going through some great changes throughout the last few years and it'll build excitment.
