I take care of data on my team for a specific major supermarket in England. I help to spot anomalies and problems that can occur with supply and demand.
I feel that my past 5 months of working here, I have greatly improved my skillset of how to use data tools.
Very much so, my team make me feel very much involved, similarly with my study organisation multiverse I feel I have everything I need and help at hand whenever I need it.
Extremely well organised. I start a new module once a month, and have monthly 1 to 1 catch ups.
An outstanding amount. There are times during busy periods however it can be a bit of a longer wait if I am needing help, however that gives me experience of how the normal work life will go.
We have a 1 to 1 scheduled in as a placeholder just to check in, but they are always at hand by email if we have any queries whatsoever.
I am given training on data tools that I use in my day to day work. This helps me work to the best of my ability and perform better. They also do social skills as well to work upon which is really helpful.
Lots. Currently we have Wellbeing Wednesdays, which is an extended lunch every Wednesday. We have a table tennis tournament every Tuesday in office, a coffee club every other Friday to meet new members of team, a steps challenge... We have a huddle every Friday, There's lots more!

If I am given the chance to stay with this company I will. The benefits are amazing, the people are amazing, and any previous apprentice I've spoken to have also chosen to stay which shows me how great the company is.
Don't be too hard on yourself. They don't judge you on skillset, they'll judge you on who you are as a person, how well you present yourself and put yourself across. Everyone is extremely nice.
