My role is a data analyst apprentice. It involves emailing stakeholders and updating spreadsheets, converting data sets into charts.
Yep. Better understanding of excel, power BI and networking skills have improved lots
I am learning lots, but because of working from home, it does feel lonely and i also have minimal interaction with my team.
My programme feels quite organised. From the apprenticeship provider, everything is amazing, from Unilevers side things could be more aligned.
A decent amount. Unilever are a great company and genuinely do care about their employees.
Lots. My data coach supports me all the time. He provides quick responses, work to do, feedback and general apprenticeship advice.
Very well. It somewhat gives me a purpose and gives me a target to work towards.
Yep, lots. Theres always things to get involved in. Such as the elevate program I've joined, or the masterclasses you can help with.
Yes
Great company. Great people and culture. Great purpose and values. Makes me feel proud to work for them
My biggest piece of advice is dont look at an apprenticeship at Unilever from just a perspective of what you have to gain. Unilever provides many opportunities to give and show your skills. Unilever is huge and theres always something going on. You will have many opportunities to upskill yourself and help others.
