I Introduce and sell products to customers through phone or e-mail contact.
I am expanding my knowledge and new skilss by using related training programs within the company or through the ongoing apprenticeship. And I am learning by reflecting on my experiences of coping with various situations.
Rather than learning simple sales skills, I think it is a meaningful course because l learn the overall status of sales through the expanded curriculum, and l also learn management and various academic skills.
It is not easy to work and study together, but after learning time management skills, I organize my time well and follow the curriculum.
The company is actively supporting employees who want to learn hard. If learning time becomes a burden after work, the company considers it to make full use of the set working hours.
Since all courses are conducted online, there are cases in which students may be neglected. At this time, the course schedule will be readjusted again through personal counseling with the tutor, and strong motivation will be given after 1-2-1 meeting
Many of the curriculum is directly or indirectly related to the work situations I face on a daily basis. Coursework is seen as practical and practical.
Due to the covid pandemic, actual socialising has been greatly reduced, but we have formed a close network with employees who are in the same curriculum and are sharing opinions on the coursework with each other.

Although the travel industry has contracted a lot during the unprecedented pandemic, Booking.com is always looking forward to the future in a positive way and preparing for the future.
