1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am responsible for working with internal stakeholders to understand and investigate the efficiency of our systems and processes. Daily duties include: Communicating with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole and also facilitating and supporting product backlog management

I have learnt how to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the business and apply a methodology to enable effective problem-solving.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised considering COVID 19 put a spanner in the way in which we learnt the information

I didn't experience any issues but if I had, my manager would have stepped in and helped me

I found the training provider very helpful in enabling me to achieve the grade I was hoping for

I feel enabled to solve problems in the most efficient way
