Very intricate and organised projects to work on. working with experts in their field and colleagues who have been in the company for decades and have extensive knowledge of the processes/science behind manufacture
Show interest in science and prove that you can think creatively. Don't speak exclusively about the company's goals/future as it doesn't give much insights on how you can approach these problems and be part of the solution to them
