I support Large Medical Equipment replacement across the hospital.
Within the first two terms I already feel I have taken on new skills and continue to develop in areas supportive in my role and toward my own progression.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme and happily recommend the course to others looking for an opportunity to learn and develop further.
My experience at MMU has been incredibly well organised and follows a clear structure with great direction onsite and access to course materials 24/7 online
My employer has been supportive in agreeing all necessary to enrol upon the course, agreeing to allocated time each week and offering managerial /mentor support.
Both Supportive teams and lecturers have all been first class in delivering new learning and offering supporting toward assessments.
Although early in my apprenticeship journey with MMU, I have already felt the course and training is improving my performance.
Working for a large employer such as the hospital offers the benefit of many activities and networking events.
