Being at Gatwick it gives you a wide eyesight into engineering and how systems work. Great way to get exposure into engineering
I have developed skills on a personally level and engineering skills which help me in the workplace and out.
I Like coming to work.
It is a very good structure rarely do you find yourself have to navigate it on your own there is always someone to help you.
They provide a lot of support by doing this I’m able to learn and work to my best ability.
They help you if you are finding college hard or if you have a problem they do there best to fix it.
The qualifications I have been working to have taught me the basics of engineering which is a good foundation.
Gatwick send you on an outdoors trip with all other apprentices to team bond and also to have a good time.

The work is really good the salary is really good and they value there workers even at apprentice level.
Go for it and don’t hold back.
