I am the admin for Training and Development as part of L&D - I am wanting to get into HR admin. I manage databases and compliance for the sector of Design and Technology Services
Through my course I have cemented my previous knowledge and learned more about how and why we use HR as we do, and how this can benefit both employee and business
It has been hugely challenging and rewarding. I have loved the opportunity and want to progress further as a result
Very well, the structure was altered for the pandemic as well and the tutor was very easy to approach with any issues
Lots, they were very supportive of me attending and progressing
