Project facilitation on a new software system being implemented in to NMGH
Definitely. I’m only halfway through but my confidence is increasing massively and I am gaining a better understanding of the business I work in.
My line manager is great and has been a massive supporter throughout. I’d be lost without her.
Lectures, 1:1s, study coaches
It will help me gain a better understand of any business and specifically the NHS because I am required to research and network.

The opportunities are endless and there is always a project happening or new experience to have.
Go for it. Especially if you’re looking for something like an apprenticeship.
