I have recently moved into a HR advice role which is providing advice to leaders across the business reagrding HR issues and concerns
I have learnt lots of new skills which will support me in my new role
I really enjoy the program however finding the time can be difficult
The programme is really well structured and organised and easy to follow
I recieve a lot of support from my employer around time and support and help
I have all the support i need and they always respond quickly to emails
I feel this will benefit me load in my new role as the apprnticeship is HR based as im doing CIPD
Yes we have regular session i can get involved in

Its a really inclusive place to work and the people are amazing. Its fair and supportive
