I am a credit hire handler for a motor insurance provider. I deal with third party credit hire claims. I negotiate costs, make savings for the business, deal with customers and handle claims from start to finish.
Prior to this role i had no insurance experience however this has helped my confidence, my knowledge and my technical ability. It has helped me plan for my future
I have enjoyed the learning and new experiences. Its helped me develop and plan for my future.
The program is structured however the provider could have been more organised and supportive. A new provider is now allocated so future programs seem better
My leader is very supportive. She doesnt however know much about the program so it would be helpful if they had a meeting to discuss the parameters. My leader has done her best with the information available.
I spent 2 years not knowing what i was supposed to be doing. Ive had 3 talent coaches throughout my program. My new coach is very helpful and pushes me to reach my goals.
Its given me a wider understanding of insurance which has helped me apply context to my work. Its also helped me help my team
