I plan, design and deliver train customers on meetings, callings and collaboration products that they purchase from BT. I also build digital training videos for them.

I enjoy the job, but the learning programme was evidently poorly developed.
Not very structured.
My manager was helpful in that she provided support and extra time for my individual tasks.
The training provider wasn't very explanatory in brteraking down the course for us. We found out at a late stage that we were doing two qualifications and not one.
It taught me the role from a conceptual point of view.
There are a larger events. But, I haven't seen event for apprentices specifically. It may be because of covid.

There is a lot of room to try different roles and progress in your career.
Be passionate in what you do. Know what your objectives are and how you'll get there.
