My role as an implementation analyst is to maintain and update pricing tools including rate reviews. Additionally, I provide support for the underwriters when they are experiencing issues with the tools or have any questions regarding their case. I would respond myself where possible or forward to a relevant person.
Yes, I have learnt skills such as time management, prioritising tasks and communication skills. Additionally, I've completed courses on Money Laundering and Corruption to complete my missions.
I have really enjoyed the programme, it is very well organised. I am provided with all the support and materials to study effectively and I have worked out a good routine to stay on track with the progress. The company and my manager have been supportive of that.
As per above, I think it is very well organised with clear deadlines and assignments. I have been able to stay on track and progress at good pace. I find progress calls with the coach very useful as well to confirm I have done everything I was required to.
I have received a lot of support from both the company and my manager. I have all I need to be able to complete my studies in time and get work experience I need to complete monthly missions.
The feedback from tutorials and assignments are very helpful as well as all the material I am given. I've always received a prompt response when I raised any queries.
I feel better informed, especially through completing the missions. The material I cover and the progress I see give me the confidence in my technical skills as well.
Currently no, due to Covid restrictions.
Yes
I think RSA is a very good company where I feel valued as an employee and where I feel safe (especially given the circumstances we've been facing in the last couple of years).
I would advise them to try and get in touch with people working in the team to learn mor about the company's culture and environment.
