I have definitely learnt how to use MS SharePoint which I wasn't that familiar with when I started at Unilever. I've also developed other IT skills such as improving my Excel skills.
It's a really amazing programme which has allowed me to develop myself as a person and also taught me how to work with a team of people around me. Overall, I really enjoy it and I'm hoping to have a great future at this business.
It is really well organised. I can communicate with my manager really easily if I need help with anything or work with others in the team.
My manager and others in the team are really supportive towards me. They are always willing to help and check in on me.
I receive great support and regularly speak with my advisor from the University. He helps me if I'm struggling or need help.
I believe the skills I've learnt at University have helped me in my role as I've learnt various skills which are useful in the workplace.
