When I began the course I was a team leader looking after 12 agents dealing with inbound calls from AA patrols. I now manage a team of 10 agents dealing with inbound sales calls
I feel that I have learnt new skills utilising the methods and models that have been taught throughout the course
I have enjoyed the programme to a certain extent, there were times over the Christmas period that it felt like it was getting too much and I did consider having a learning break but after talking to executive coach I was able to continue
The programme is very well structured and follows a good learning pattern
The support I have received from more employer is minimal. I was expecting to be allowed time off the floor to work on my apprenticeship but I have been restricted by my employer. Most of my work has been completed in my own time.
I have received adequate support from my executive coach and whenever I have reached out for support he ha always been available.
I feel that the things I have learnt about time management, prioritising work, communication skills and managing people have helped me in my day to day role.

The AA is a well established company that offers a chance of progression.
I would advise to do some research in to the what the job entails and make sure that you end up in a department that suits your skills and home/work life
