I am a Coach. I give people the room to chat freely, be listened too, be challenged with powerful questions and most importantly I allow people to understand their goals, through to recognising the HOW and then following through in small steps.
My listening and question skills have improved the most. I have also learnt how to contract better and the power of a good chemistry session.
When it's in full swing it's very enjoyable
Technology lets things down here - simple fixes like auto calender invites and more regular catch-ups would fix this
Yes
BT has come on leaps and bound with regards to employee engagement. I am proud to work for BT now and my friends and family see BT as a great company, whereas years ago this wasn't the case.
