I have found Davies group really easy to communicate with and have helped me progress through the apprenticeship. I get all the support i would expect.

I have learnt a lot about insurance through the apprenticeship

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy that i can fit it in around my daily work. I also like the Learning sessions we do in which [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] from Davies walks us through certain chapters.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured to meet the CII requirements, even with Covid it flows well

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive just the right amount, they appreciate that this is important to me so i am able to make time to complete the work required

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i receive a lot of support, we have monthly meetings in which we recap on the work i have completed

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt a lot more about the insurance market which i know has and will help me in my role and future roles

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are networking events, within my role i also opt to join broker meetings to get the external face meetings
